PURPOSE: Provided is a non-pollution detergent containing citron juice or oil of citron seeds, which has excellent cleaning force and can minimize environmental pollution and prevent the damage of skin and protect the skin. CONSTITUTION: The non-pollution detergent is produced by a process comprising the steps of: mixing and saponifying 5-18wt% of the oil of citron seeds and 5-18wt% of oleic acid to produce soft soap and glycine and then mixing the soft soap and the glycine; cooling the mixture at 20deg.C or lower to solidifying the curd; recovering the curd; refining the curd by dissolving the curd in 95% ethanol not having alkali and solidifying the curd and recovering the ethanol one to three times; mixing the curd, 50wt% of a solution comprising water and the citron juice in the ratio of 0-3:1-2, 5-17wt% of glycerin, 4-19wt% dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium salt, and 0.5-2.0wt% of propylene glycol alginate and adjusting a viscosity to be about 30-35cp and then adding 0.2wt% of retinol, 0.5-1wt% of citric acid, 4.3-0.8wt% of NaHCO3 and then aging the mixture. The non-pollution detergent is also produced by using the only citron juice without using the oil of citron seeds.
