VISION SENSOR HAVING AUTOMATIC COOLING AND HEATING DEVICE WITH TEMPERATURE SENSOR

PURPOSE: A vision sensor having automatic cooling and heating device is provided to secure reliability of the sensor over a long period of use, while improving accuracy of tracking of welding line through the use of a non-contact type semiconductor laser sensor. CONSTITUTION: A vision sensor comprises a temperature sensor(5) for measuring temperature by contacting a semiconductor laser(8); a power unit temperature measuring PCB circuit(6) of semiconductor laser for operating peripheral equipment in accordance with the value detected by the temperature sensor; a circulation type cooling unit(3) operating by the value output from the temperature measuring PCB circuit; an automatic heating unit(4) operating by the value output from the temperature measuring PCB circuit; an attachable/detachable first spatter and welding gas protection shield(10) and an attachable/detachable second spatter and welding gas protection shield(11) installed in front of the semiconductor laser, camera, lens and a band filter(13); a pneumatic cooling hose(9) for emitting an arc heat or welding gas generated from a welding portion to outside by using an internal convection of the vision sensor; and a spatter protection unit(12) arranged in front of the spatter and welding gas protection shields, and which reflects the arc light emitted to a vision sensor head so as to minimize heat transfer of the sensor head.
