<p>PURPOSE: Provided are a method for producing thereof and a shoe liner using fibroid material of coconut, which is environment friendly and has an excellent cushioning effect. CONSTITUTION: The shoe liner is produced by crushing coconut; selecting fibroid material from the crushed coconut; twisting the fibroid material into cords; heating the cords; separating the coils from the cords; spreading the coils to a predetermined thickness; spraying latex solution over the coils; heating the product in a dryer; and pressing the product into a board. Since the shoe liner is made of natural material and is prepared to have sufficient ventilation and cushioning effects, it is always hygienic and effectively prevents water eczema.</p> |
