PURPOSE: A reflecting plate for collecting solar energy is provided to recollect solar energy discharged caused by reflection and to efficiently collect the solar energy. CONSTITUTION: A reflecting plate for collecting solar energy comprises a collector(1) collecting the solar energy; a collecting plate(2) mounted on the collector; a heat insulating plate(3) minimizing heat loss of the collector by being mounted on a rear portion of the collecting plate; upper and lower reflecting plates(5,6) installed on both end portions of the collector; and a hinge(7) combing the lower reflecting plate to the collector. The upper and lower reflecting plates inducing the solar energy to heat the collecting plate. Thereby, the reflecting plate for collecting the solar energy recollects the solar energy discharged caused by reflection. Moreover, the reflecting plate for collecting the solar energy efficiently collects the solar energy.
