PURPOSE: An advertisement bulletin system and method is provided to analyze the characteristics of the advertisement and internet servers, to match the advertisement to the internet server of the highest consistency, and to bulletin the advertisement at the matched internet server. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a controller of a service system receiving the characteristic data of the advertisement, e.g. a goods category, a sale target age or a price(400), the controller reading the characteristic data of the internet sites from a site information management database, e.g. an age, an occupation or an interest area of main access members(402), the controller calculating a consistency between the advertisement and each internet site(404), the controller determining a price for bulletining the advertisement at each site based on the consistency or an average accessing user number(406), and enabling an advertiser to determine an internet site and registering the advertisement at the determined site(408). The advertisement can be automatically bulletined at the determined internet site, and also can be implemented differently according to functions and conditions of the internet site, e.g. capability of handling a moving picture advertisement or an advertisement bulletin price.
