PURPOSE: Provided is a double layered candy including bamboo salts and safflower seed. It is nutraceutically excellent as containing a fir extract, safflower seed, bamboo salts and Rhynchosia Nulubilis powder, and has novel flavor due to its double layered structure. CONSTITUTION: The double layered candy contains: roasted Rhynchosia Nulubilis powder and glucose in its inner layer; and a fir extract, sugar, roasted safflower seed and bamboo salts in its outer layer. The weight ratio of its inner layer to outer layer is characteristically 1:1.
