PURPOSE: A synthetic communication service method about purchasing and billing in e-commerce is provided to make it possible that a seller can communicate a buyer with sharing price, which is changeable and decided by seller. CONSTITUTION: A service provider(10) constructs DB(140), which is connected with a web server(100), with sellers'(40) information and buyers'(30) information such as user information, product information, shopping cart information, invoice information, buyer's message information and seller's message information. The service provider provides a list of products to buyers and receives application for products. The service provider collects price fluctuation factors and can decide the price by a kind of logic formula and input the price. The price fluctuation factors can be collected using Internet. The service provider sends the decided price to the sellers and the buyers on real time using a phone, a fax, a beeper, a cellular phone, email or mobile Internet. When the service provider confirms the receipt of the buyers' payment, the provider requests the distributor(50) to distribute the products.
