PURPOSE: An ultrasonic flowmeter and manufacturing method are provided to accurately measure flow rate. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic flowmeter(1) includes a pipe(2) and measuring parts(3) installed to the pipe so as to be separated from each other in lengthwise direction and including transducer securing members(4) having arc indentations(6) to which parts of the pipe are inserted and secured with adhesive agent(7) and piezoelectric transducers(5) secured to the transducer securing members to measure flow rate of fluid on the basis of the time difference for reciprocal transmission of ultrasonic waves between the measuring parts.
