PURPOSE: A remote skin diagnosis machine is provided to allow users to benefit from a continuous skin treatment in a convenient, inexpensive and reliable manner without being restricted by time and space. CONSTITUTION: A remote skin diagnosis machine comprises an external communication interface(5) for communication with an external public network through a radio terminal(11); a diagnosis probe(7) having an ultraviolet lamp disposed in the vicinity of a user skin(13) so as to radiate an ultraviolet ray to the skin, and a color sensor for sensing the ultraviolet reflection light reflected from the skin; an expanded memory(9) for temporarily storing the RGB values obtained by the diagnosis probe; and a micro processor(3) for controlling operation of the external communication interface, diagnosis probe and expanded memory.
