PURPOSE: A learning method using a computer is provided to offer questions to many computer users as well as a one-to-one test and to induce voluntary study by stimulating concentration and interest of the users. CONSTITUTION: An Internet learning program is operated by a web server(30). The web server runs the program by accepting many user computers(10) connected through the Internet. The web server comprises the Internet(20), a question database(32) storing questions of various types, a member database(31) storing the personal information of members and including a treasure storage storing the points of members, a roulette system(33) operating a roulette using questions offered from the web server, a game system(34) displaying the movement of a member avatar corresponding to the character moving on the roulette, and a cyber character offering system(35) storing an avatar selected by a user. The questions of various categories such as logic, mathematics, linguistics, reading and quiz are stored in the question database.
