PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incombustible curtain which does not burn in spite of contact with flames, does not evolve smoke and toxic gases and is not melted and deformed in spite of exposure to high temperature and to provide the curtain by imparting a function capable of killing the microorganisms in contact therewith and decomposing organic matter. SOLUTION: This incombustible curtain is formed by applying and depositing a photocatalyst coating material which cures at ordinary temperature and forms hydrophobic coating films to and on cloth formed by weaving glass fibers.
