PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing at low cost triangular Sushi (vinegard rice with ingredient) sandwiches of high commodity value having appearance like a sandwich food. SOLUTION: This method comprises the following process: a loose-square Norimaki (cooked vinegared rice rolled in laver) 1 is formed by a primary press of a sheet-like laver 5 in a loose-square fashion on the outer periphery of an upper cooked rice mass 3 and a lower cooked rice mass 4 by which an ingredient 2 is sandwiched, and then put to a secondary press in a square fashion to form a square Norimaki 8, which, in turn, is cut into three pieces, four pieces, or the like, to obtain plural divided Norimaki forms 9..., which are then cut along the respective diagonals 9a... to obtain the objective triangular Sushi sandwiches. |
