PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very excellent silane-crosslinking polyolefin resin composition that inhibits the dice scum from intermingling in and sticking to the extruded product without deterioration in the appearance and properties of the copolymer and is crosslinkable in the presence of water. SOLUTION: The silane-crosslinking polyolefin resin is a copolymer of a polyolefin and an organic unsaturated silane and the objective silane-crosslinking polyolefin resin composition characteristically comprises the copolymer including 0.1-5 wt.% of this organic unsaturated silane, 0.01-0.5 wt.% of a free radical initiator, 0.005-0.2 wt.% of a blocking-free powdery vinylidene rubber and a silanol condensation catalyst.
