摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid enlargement of a wastewater treatment facility. SOLUTION: A disposal site 10 is provided with a waste storage part 12 with an upper side-opened box-like container shape. The storage part 12 is composed of a bottom plate part 14 and side wall parts 16 and subjected to water-shielding process 18 in the inner face side. Wastes X are thrown to the inside of the storage part 12 for a land-filling and final cover soil 20 is put to cover the wastes. A penetration adjustment sheet 22 and penetration adjustment mound 24 are put on the final cover soil 20. The penetration adjustment mound 24 is formed by mounding sand and earth with controlled particle size distribution so as to form a prescribed water discharge slopeθwhile stabilizing and hardening treatment being controlled. Due to the control of the particle size distribution, stabilization treatment, and compaction treatment of the penetration adjustment mound, the water penetration coefficient is controlled and adjusted and depending on the balance of the water penetration coefficient and the water discharge slope, the quantity of rain water penetrating the penetration adjustment mound is determined.
