PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper packaging bag in which contents such as disposable wooden chopsticks and an ice cream spoon can be easily inserted and stored. SOLUTION: A rectangular paper piece 1 is two-folded, and a plurality of housings 2 are formed by pasting between facing paper faces at predetermined intervals via belt-like pasting parts 3. In addition, perforations 4 are punched on the pasting parts 3 to allow individual bags to be separated. A long tongue 5a is formed by making one of paper pieces protrude slightly longer than the other paper piece at an opening of the bag, while a short tongue 5b is formed by leaving an unpasted portion on the opening on a surface of the other paper piece.
