PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrench for spring plunger admitting connection of an impact wrench whereby the spring plunger can easily be mounted and removed to/from a threaded hole in the drag of press dies, etc. SOLUTION: The wrench for spring plunger for press die is configured so that a plate 3 to be engaged with a pair of straight grooves 113 are provided at the forefront of a spring plunger body 111 for press die is fixed to a mounting groove 4 arranged in the axial direction from the forefront of the wrench body 2 in such a way that the plate 3 does not protrude from a plane flush with the outside surface of the wrench body 2, and at the tail of the wrench body 2, a fit hole 7 to admit fitting of the output shaft 6 of impact wrench 5 is provided to serve as a connection part with the impact wrench 5.
