PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health promoting instrument, with which health is promoted by applying a DC negative voltage to a human body. SOLUTION: By attaching a wearing appliance 4 on an output device 3, which incorporates a power source 2, for DC negative voltage, a user carries the output device 3 with him and by locating a negative electrode 5 connected to the output device 3 in contact with the naked skin of the user and wearing the wearing appliance 4 on the limbs or waist, the negative voltage is applied to the user.
