PURPOSE: A heat exchanger structure is provided to achieve an improved heat exchange efficiency, while reducing parts count and allowing manufacturing and installation to be easily performed. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recovery system(100) comprises heat exchangers(110,120,130) having housings(113,123,133) with waste hot water inlet ports(111a,121a,131a) and a cool water outlet ports(112a,122a,132a) formed at the upper portion of housings, and waste hot water outlet ports(111b,121b,131b) and a cool water inlet ports(112b,122b,132b) formed at the lower portion of housings. The housing(113) of the heat exchanger(110) installed at the waste hot water collecting reservoir has a waste hot water circulation path(114) for raising the waste hot water discharged through the waste hot water outlet port(111b) and discharging the raised waste hot water to the waste hot water inlet prot(131a). The housing(123) of the heat exchanger(120) installed at the water tank has a cool water circulation path(125) for lowering and discharging the cool water discharged through the cool water outlet port(122a). The housing(133) of the heat exchanger(130) has a waste hot water circulation path(134) for raising and discharging the waste hot water discharged through the waste hot water outlet port(131b), and a cool water circulation path(135) for lowering the cool water discharged through the cool water outlet port(132a) to the cool water inlet port(112b) and discharging the cool water. Thus, the cool water flows from bottom to top, and the waste hot water flows from top to bottom, to thereby improve heat exchange rate.
