PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet tissue box which is hygienic, is more excellent in water absorbency than a toilet roll paper, and also, can jointly be used with the toilet roll paper. SOLUTION: On the external surface of the box, or a toilet paper holder, or a wall surface to which the toilet paper holder is attached, an attaching means is provided. The attaching means detachably attaches the box under a state wherein the box is mounted on a cutter plate of the toilet paper holder.
