PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated material for packaging which has gas- permeability and moisture-permeability, is produced easily, has no problems of the lowering of gas permeability and odors caused by an adhesive, is excellent in strength, prevents the leakage of functional goods such as a deoxidizer and a moisture absorbent when the goods are packaged, is excellent in sealing properties, is high in productivity, and is capable of high speed continuous packaging and a package using the material. SOLUTION: In the laminated material, a gas-permeable heat-resistant fiber raw material layer having heat resistance of at least 150 deg.C, a polyethylene resin spun-bond nonwoven fabric layer, and a porous film are laminated in turn by heat-adhesion. The fiber raw material layer is, for example, a resin spun-bond nonwoven fabric having a melting point of 150-300 deg.C.
