PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition having excellent initial color, showing little discoloration when exposed to light, and preserving a consistent color tone for a long time, so that a laminate obtained by overlaying one or both surfaces of a polycarbonate resin base material with an extrusion- molded article of the composition can be preferably used for applications on exposure to light, for example, on outdoor exposure. SOLUTION: This light-resistant polycarbonate resin composition is obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate resin (A), 1-5 pts.wt. of a UV- absorbing agent (B) comprising a compound having a triazine skeleton in a molecule, and 1-5 pts.wt. of a hindered amine type light stabilizer (C). An article molded by means of extrusion molding and having a thickness of 10-100μm is used for overlaying one or both surfaces of a polycarbonate resin base material to form a laminate.
