PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged particle beam emitting device capable of reducing costs when irradiating an object to be irradiated with beams from plural directions. SOLUTION: Emitting nozzle parts 105a-105c composed of electro-magnets, scatterers, range modulators, patient collimators and patient bolus or the like are shared by plural emitting ports 102a-102b for outputting charged particle beams from different plural directions to the object to be irradiated.
