GATA-3 SELECTIVELY EXPRESSING TRANSGENIC ANIMAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transgenic animal that more highly expresses GATA-3 gene. SOLUTION: The objective non-human mammal in which one of the following DNAs is integrated into a promoter/enhancer sequence so that it can be expressed at a specific site is provided. A recombinant vector for selectively expressing GATA-3 of a non-human mammal cell that contains a DNA encoding GATA-3 or a mutant gene thereof and is integrated together with the promoter/ enhancer sequence so that it can the expressed at a specific site, is also obtained.
