PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate a rotation of a rotary plug when closing in a liquid pour- out plug comprising a support plug including a nozzle and equipped with a liquid inlet port on a side attaching to a container and the rotary plug formed with a valve wall for opening/closing the liquid inlet port wherein the rotary plug is rotated to cause the valve wall to open the liquid inlet port. SOLUTION: A lid for closing an opening of the nozzle is made to protrude form the rotary plug via a bend, and a liquid inlet port is provided on a side of a support plug attaching to a container. The rotary plug includes a valve wall for opening/closing the liquid inlet port, wherein the rotary plug is rotated in normal and reverse directions, thereby causing the valve wall to open the liquid inlet port to pour out a liquid in the container.
