<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the health guiding effect of a health guidance system by enabling a subject to receive health guidance in a state where the subject is sufficiently conscious of the point at issue of its health condition and to sufficiently reflect the contents of the health guidance in its daily life. SOLUTION: The health measurement performed by means of the health guidance system which gives health guidance, physical exercise guidance, nutrition guidance, and metal health care prepared by specialists to the subject based on the results in health measurement performed for grasping the health condition of the subject is divided into a health diagnosis (S1) and a motility inspection and a locomotor load test (S4). Firstly, the system performs the health diagnosis (S1) and prepares temporary individual data by means of a data processor based on the results in the health diagnosis (S3). Then the system performs the motility inspection and locomotor load test, from which results can be obtained immediately, by applying a locomotor load to the subject (S4), makes the temporary individual data to be completed by adding the result data of the motility inspection and locomotor load test to the individual data by means of the data processor. Then the system prepares guidance materials based on the individual data (S5) and performs the health guidance (S6).</p> |
