摘要 The invention relates to systems in which X-radiation is directed with an average propagation direction (245) onto a diffractive element (201) which has a surface that defines an average surface plane and that is provided with structures (205). Said structures (205) are substantially translation-symmetrical with respect to a direction of translation (241). The invention is further characterized in that the X-radiation is directed onto the diffractive element (201) in such a way that the surface normal (243) of said surface plane is tilted about an axis (247) that is perpendicular to the direction of translation (241) and to the average propagation direction (245) by an angle PHI against the average propagation direction, thereby increasing the effective height of said structure by 1/cos( PHI ).
