PURPOSE: A heat pump system is provided to reduce cost by simplifying structure and reducing installation area, while utilizing heat source in an efficient manner. CONSTITUTION: A basic refrigerant circuit(1) is formed by connecting in sequence a compressor(2), a four-way valve(3), a first heat exchanger(4), expansion valves(5,6), a second heat exchanger(7) and the four-way valve, through conduit tubes(8a to 8d). The four-way valve and the compressor are interconnected through an inlet conduit tube(9). Supercooling heat exchangers(11,12) are installed to the conduit tube(8c), and endothermic heat exchangers(13,14) are installed to maintain heat exchange relationship with the supercooling heat exchangers by connecting first bypass pipes(15,16) to the conduit tubes(8b,8d). Second bypass pipes(17,18) are connected to the conduit tube(8c) so as to bypass the expansion valves and supercooling heat exchangers.
