PURPOSE: Provided is a steering roll cleaner in a brilliance annealing furnace which eliminates white powder in operating the brilliance annealing furnace so that it raises efficiency in operating a facility. CONSTITUTION: The steering roll cleaner in the brilliance annealing furnace comprises the parts of: an elimination part which includes a brush roll(20) to adhere a brush on the surface and a driving motor(21) to be connected to one side of the brush roll for rotating the brush roll for the purpose of eliminating white powder on the surface of the steering roll; and a drive part which includes a fixed block(30) to be placed in the lower part of a link member, an elevation block(31) to support a rotation axis of the brush roll and a vertical cylinder(32) to elevate the elevation block for the purpose of closely adhering the brush roll on the surface of the steering roll.
