PURPOSE: A disk clamping device is provided to process a surface of a disk compression unit to promptly separate a disk from the disk compression unit of a clamper, so as to remove defects generated due to the delayed disk separation for the clamper. CONSTITUTION: An upper clamp part(50) and a lower clamp part(60) respectively place a disk in an upper and lower part of the disk, to fix the disk. In the upper clamp part(50), a clamper(51) fixes the disk by having a disk compression unit(50) adhered to an upper surface of the disk, and a clamper holder(53) moves the clamper(51) up and down, wherein the disk compression unit(51) has a rough surface to promptly separate the disk. In the lower clamp part(60), a sled base(61) moves a spindle motor up and down, a turn table(63) coupled to a rotation axis of the spindle motor(41) is rotated together with the rotation axis and the disk is loaded thereon, a center cone(65) makes the disk loaded on a correct position, and a motor plate(67) generates a magnetic force. A loading groove(51b) in which the center cone(65) and the motor plate(67) are inserted is formed in a lower center of the clamper(51), to guide the clamper(51) to placed properly on the turn table(63). A magnet(55) formed on the clamper(51) adheres the clamper(51) toward the turn table(63) by responding to the magnetic force generated in the motor plate(67). And the magnet(55) is fixed in the clamper(51) by the magnet plate(57).
