PURPOSE: An apparatus for increasing a dehydration ratio in a vacuum dehydrator is provided which prevents sludge stuck to a filter cloth net from being cracked during dehydration, thereby prevents loss of vacuum pressure so that a dehydration ratio is increased. CONSTITUTION: In a vacuum dehydrator comprising a drum filter(10) on the inner surface of which certain shaped water sucking and dehydrating pipes(12) are installed, a filter cloth net(11) which is rotated together with the drum filter(10) by being covered on the outer surface of the drum filter(10), a vacuum pump(13) which is connected to the water sucking and dehydrating pipes(12) to suck in water inside the drum filter(10) and a storage tank(14) collecting the absorbed water, thereby removing water from sludge, the apparatus for increasing a dehydration ratio in the vacuum dehydrator comprises a cutout net(20) which is positioned at the upper section of the filter drum(10) where dehydration is occurred and covered on sludge so as to prevent partial drying of the sludge; and a support means consisting of a fixing stand(30) which is extended to the upper part of the drum filter(10), a first rotation roll(31) which is installed at a dehydration starting position of wet sludge of the lower inner surface of the fixing stand(30), a second rotation roll(32) which is installed at the upper part of the fixing stand(30) so that the second rotation roll(32) is put on a dehydration finishing position where the filter cloth net(11) is separated from the drum filter(10) and a plurality of rolls which are installed at the upper part of the fixing stand(30), thereby rotationally supporting the cutout net(20).
