PURPOSE: A method for managing the production of video equipment is provided to prevent a defect in quality by analyzing and processing the adjustment data of respective functions/models in preparation for a specific form. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of adjusting a screen after assembling a product, databasing screen adjustment data by classifying as production time, models, and functions, displaying a distribution chart by analyzing the databased screen adjustment data corresponding to each production time, function, and model via a specific data analyzing program and processing the data into a displayable form, examining the quality of the product, and displaying an alarm message when the distribution chart is out of a predetermined distribution range or forwarding the product if any defect is not detected.
