PURPOSE: A dehumidifying type air conditioner is provided to supply fresh air into a room by dehumidifying and cooling outdoor air to supply into the room. CONSTITUTION: Am air conditioner comprises a dehumidifying part(20); an evaporative cooler(30); a blower fan(50); a pump; and a generator. The dehumidifying part is formed with multiple pipes for chemical reaction between outdoor air and dehumidifying agent and for heat exchange between the dehumidifying agent and cooling medium. The evaporative cooler cools down outdoor air dehumidified in the dehumidifying part using evaporation heat of the cooling medium. The blower fan blows indoor air and outdoor air to outside and inside respectively. The pump supplies the cooling medium to the dehumidifying part and the evaporative cooler. The generator drives the pump and the blower fan.
