PURPOSE: A buffering structure of a steering column tube of a vehicle is provided to maximize the friction between an inner tube and an outer tube for sufficiently smoothing the impact energy applied to a driver in case of vehicle collision, thereby assuring the safety of the driver. CONSTITUTION: A buffering structure of a steering column tube of a vehicle includes an inner tube(1) and an outer tube(2), wherein the inner tube is formed with knurled parts(1a) on an outer peripheral surface at positions in contact with indent parts(2a) of the outer tube, wherein the knurled part has a cross shaped surface.
