PURPOSE: Provided is a PE drum which forms wrinkles to adjust size as necessary at each field and reduce volume in delivery so that it helps to deliver much volume at one time. CONSTITUTION: The PE drum is characterized by making wrinkles in the external side of the drum as shown in Fig. 1 and then pressing the drum downwardly to reduce volume in delivery so that it assists to deliver a large quantity of drum in an easy way.
