PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify access processing, to strengthen security and to prevent illegal access concerning access to a security guard system. SOLUTION: In a security control table 1010 in a security control means 101, information on an identification method using an individual ID and password when a user 11 access to respective WEB systems 13 to 15 by using a system access means 102 is stored in advance. The means 101 identifies the user by identification information inputted from the user 11 through an identification information input means 103. In response to the request of access to WEB systems 13, 14 or 15 by the user 11, who is permitted too access by the user identification, the means 101 issues the ID and password of the user with respect to the WEB system automatically to carryout access identification processing for the user 11 between with the WEB system. |
