PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in bending work, and at the same time to easily route a flexible substrate by clearly marking the bending position of the flexible substrate. SOLUTION: A reinforcing plate 7 put on a base film 8 is extended to a bending position where the flexible substrate 1 is bent, and a bending section 10 of the flexible substrate 1 is accommodated into the space between the reinforcing plate 7 and a circuit board 2 while keeping the bent state.
