PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a desktop holder for portable telephone chargeable from a single battery pack. SOLUTION: A desktop holder case 1 has a section 1a for inserting a portable telephone and, in the bottom face 1b of the portable telephone inserting section 1a, two holes 1c for projecting spring terminals 2 and a hole 1d for projecting a block 4 are made. The spring terminals 2 for charging the portable telephone project from the holes 1c. The block 4 is provided, in the side face 4a thereof, with two holes 4b for projecting terminal parts 3a integrated with the spring 3 and the terminal part 3a for charging a battery pack project from the holes 4b. When the portable telephone is not inserted, the block 4 is rotated about a shaft 4c coupled with the desktop holder case 1 in the portable telephone inserting section 1a by the recovery force of the spring 3 provided on a fixed shaft 4d and projected to a position abutting against a stopper 4e thus bringing about a state where the portable telephone can be charged from a single battery pack.
