PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency and manpower saving in the aspect of the operation of a radiogram interpretation system regarding custom support, charging for a radiogram interpretation service and the specification of a radiogram interpretation doctor. SOLUTION: This radiogram interpretation management system is installed in a data center 12 communicably connected through a network 15 to a hospital 11 and a radiogram interpretation center 13 and is provided with an image keeping device 31 having a means for receiving medical information transmitted from the hospital 11 on-like and storing it and means for on-line transferring the medical information to the radiogram interpretation center 13 and a server 32. The system is further provided with a means 33 for diagnosing the fault of a system regarding an information terminal 23 and a modality 21 installed in the hospital 11 and connected on-line, the communication network 15 and the information terminals 41 and 42 installed in the radiogram interpretation center 13 and connected on-line. Further, the system is provided with the mechanism of management for the recovery of a service charge as an agent and the specification of the radiogram interpretation doctor. |
