摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the light reception area of a solar battery to be measured is limited to the minimum area at a laboratory level, and hence a cell, a module, or an array having an area exceeding 400 cm2 cannot be measured in the multi-source method that is suited for the measurement of the photoelectric conversion characteristics of a lamination-type solar battery. SOLUTION: The radiation illuminance of light to be applied is measured or adjusted (S1), the current/voltage characteristics of a reference cell are measured (S2), and the current/voltage characteristics of a sample cell are measured (S3). Then, by comparing the current/voltage characteristics in the reference state of the reference cell with the measurement result of the current/voltage characteristics of the reference cell, deviation from the reference state of the measurement result based on the deviation of illumination light from the reference state is obtained (S4). Based on the deviation of the obtained measurement result, the measurement result of the current/voltage characteristics of the sample cell is corrected (S5), and the photoelectric conversion characteristics of the sample cell are obtained (S6).</p>
