PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the electromagnetic wave generated by a lead wire or inductance element. SOLUTION: An EMI suppressing effect is given to the lead wire or inductance element 21 by surrounding the lead wire or element 21 with a sintered ferrite compact 20. In this case, the lead wire or element 21 is bent in three directions x, y, and z to have the same length in the directions x, y, and z. Consequently, the lead wire or element 21 can equally suppress electromagnetic waves in the three directions x, y, and z.
