PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a handle away from the switch of an operation part, even if the handle is tilted forward. SOLUTION: A body 1 constituting an outer shell, a spout 4 fitted at an upper part of the body 1, an operation part 5 having a switch 6 fitted to the spout 4, and a handle 2 fitted to the body 1 in free rotation are provided, and it is so structured that there always is a gap between the handle 2 and the switch 6, whether the handle is rotated or not.
