PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time elapsing before completion of communication in order to utilize the band effectively by reducing the waste time concerning to exclusive control. SOLUTION: In a radio terminal system where a plurality of radio terminals communicate each other, the radio terminal on the transmitting side comprises a transmission request step for delivering data meaning start of broadcast communication when broadcast communication to a plurality of radio terminals is present, a data transmission step for providing a transmission prohibiting interval of other following terminals and transmitting data upon receiving a clear response indicative of ready for receiving broadcast communication from any one receiving terminal. Radio terminal on the receiving side comprises a clear response transmission step for sending back a response permitting that broadcast communication upon detecting a transmission request from a radio terminal on the transmitting side.
