PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a reading image data of an image processor which is driven by a frequency-spread driving clock. SOLUTION: A time difference detection circuit 8 compares a frequency- spread driving clock as an output of a first PLL circuit 3 with a multiplication clock having a multiplied frequency that is not a frequency-spread reference clock as an output of a second PLL circuit 3, and detects a time difference between both clocks. In addition, an error correction circuit 9 stores in advance a relationship between the time difference detected by the circuit 8 and an error of a reading image data resulting therefrom, and corrects the reading image data according to the time difference detected by the circuit 8.
