When a user moves by walking on a bicycle or a car, while carrying the cellular phone 3 with him and the cellular phone 3 approaches the vending machine 1 up to a specific distance (about 10 meters), the short-distance radio communication part 4 of the cellular phone 3 receives information related to the merchandise from the short distance radio communication part 2 of the vending machine 1. At this time, the cellular phone 3 displays information related to the merchandise in a display part 6 and draws user's attention for confirming the information in the display part 6 (by sound, vibration, etc.).
