PURPOSE: A television is provided to prevent deterioration of image quality by designing and manufacturing regardless of the characteristics of earth magnetic field, and to reduce a manufacturing cost and a maintenance cost. CONSTITUTION: A television includes a magnetic field generating part(22) and an image processing part. The magnetic field generating part is mounted at a predetermined area of the inside of the television and forms a magnetic field of a fixed value, which is larger than a value of earth magnetic field applied from the outside, on a CRT screen. The image processing part performs normal broadcasting signal screen process on the CRT corresponding to the magnetic field formed on the magnetic field generating part. The magnetic field generating part is mounted at a predetermined area inside a television cabinet(21).
