PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight lighting equipment to be directly mounted on a ceiling material, without using a hanging bolt and without cutting C channel, by making the weight light, and by using a light-weight member coated by a flame-retardant resin. SOLUTION: A reflection plate supporting member 13 and a side body supporting part 14, 15 are arranged on the inner surfaces of end plates which are facing each other, and a reflection plate 21 is supported by a reflection plate supporting part, and a side body is supported by the side body supporting part, and the equipment main body 11 is supported between both end plates, and the height of the side body is made equal to the height of a ceiling finishing material 23 which is executed by combining with the lighting equipment, and the dimension of the lighting equipment is made to match with a module of the ceiling finishing material. The ceiling finishing material is made of a highly flame-retardant corrugated hard board, a paper tube with hollow part, or a compressed regeneration pulp material processible into a shape with an optional cross section.
