PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filing method of layout data and hand-written text data which is able to memorize layout data and hand-written text data with small data volume and to save and manage them with low load. SOLUTION: This invention is characterized in that an identification code is displayed on a form by non-dropout color, layout is displayed by dropout color, on the form on which hand-written text is entered in the layout, the identification code is mechanically read and the identification code and the layout data are linked and memorized, the only hand-written text is read by an image scanner as image data, and when displaying and outputting it, the layout data and the image data, which are linked based on the same identification code, are extracted and display and output of the layout and hand-written text are enabled.
