The device is like a motor or electromagnetic gate (2) comprising an electronic deck (1). The deck contains a logical electric circuit with a microprocessor and programming buttons (3) to modify command parameters. There is also a fixed memory transfer (4) able to hold command parameters that can be connected to and removed from the logical electronic circuit via a pins system (5). The command parameters can be modified from the PC by means of an interface. The electronic deck comprises also of a display panel (10) linked to programming tools. There is also a communicating panel (11) with a modem and a functional link to the fixed memory. This facilitates sending and receiving command parameters as well as modifying them. There is also a connector (6) with additional memory allowing storage of mal-functioning of the device. There is a serial port (14) to allow connection to a printer (15).
