摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an excellent battery property having an excellent electron conductivity. SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolytic battery comprises: a positive electrode having a positive electrode active material which is a composition comprising a compound expressed by formula LixFePO4 (X is more than 0 to 1.0.) and a carbon material and whose specific surface area obtained by Brunauer Emmett Teller BET equation is 10.3 m2/g or more; a negative electrode having a negative electrode active material; and a nonaqueous electrolyte. The intensity area ratio A (D/G) is preferable to 0.30 or more when the intensity area D appearing in wave number from 1340 to 1360 cm-1 and the intensity area G appearing in wave number from 1570 to 1590 cm-1 are measured by Raman spectrometry.
