PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission system, where a decoder terminal does not need special data and special processing for special reproduction at all, attains decoding and display or the like of data other than video data during special reproduction and can maintain a synchronization relation of the data at that time. SOLUTION: When the decode terminal 12 makes usual reproduction, a server 10 outputs video data or the like used for the usual reproduction, and when the decode terminal 12 conducts special reproduction, a data conversion section 3 uses video data read from a storage section 9 to generate and output data, resulting from special reproduction of a designated kind as video data which satisfy the ISO/IEC 13818-2 standards, and a data conversion section 7 interleaves the video data, so that number of outputted AUs(access units) is a reciprocal of a reproduction speed for example and outputs the resulting data. |
